What You Will Do

• Plan develop and implement group strategy initiatives in collaboration with senior management.
• Track implementation status and recommend adaptation measures as needed.
• Support continuous strategy communication across the group.
• Lead adhoc strategy initiatives across the organization including M&A opportunities with specialists and managers.
• Analyze growth opportunities and develop plans for the expansion of our energy business.
• Monitor the market and identify potential partnering opportunities.
• Manage crossfunctional projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

What You Bring & Who You Are

• Masters degree in economics engineering or business administration.
• Strong ability to discuss complex strategic interrelationships with experts.
• Proven capability to lead laterally within an organization.
• 25 years of experience in strategy development and implementation preferably in the consulting or energy industry.
• Proficiency in project and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• A proactive cando attitude.
• Excellent communication networking and influencing skills.
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in German (native or proficient).
• Proficiency in English (native or proficient).
