Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent and detailoriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data ensuring the integrity and quality of the information processed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases spreadsheets and other software systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Prepare and sort documents/data sheets for data entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors correcting any incompatibilities.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Generate reports store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Keep information confidential and secure following data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding datarelated issues.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
