As a Junior BIM Coordinator/BIM Technician you'll play a crucial role in setting up Revit projects to meet company standards. You'll have the opportunity to create both standard and parametric Revit families for various subcontractor packages including joinery AV equipment and ceilings. If you have the ability to model MEP services that's a great bonus!

Your experience in managing multiple modeling packages for subcontractors and your strong time management skills will be highly valued. You'll be responsible for checking Revit families against subcontractor drawings for errors and producing detailed feedback reports. Additionally your experience with federated models using Navisworks will be essential in this role.

Understanding and interpreting the requirements set out in a project BIM Execution Plan will be a key part of your responsibilities. If you have experience creating BIM Execution Plans that's even better! Delivering COBie asset data and Uniclass2015 classification requirements on BIM projects will also be part of your exciting daytoday tasks.
