Set-up Technician

Set and pull Plastic Injection Mold (lbs) jobs from start to finish including molds auxiliary equipment & supplies. The Setup Technician also handles first shot submissions and pulls last shot samples and continually assists Supervisors in monitoring all running processes.

Requirements :

Must have some setup/machine experience.

Must be able to follow all Safety procedures.

Must be able to safely operate and Overhead Crane.

Must be able to read and write English

Mechanically inclined and understand basic injection molds and molding machines.

Must be available to work over time on a short notice.

Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs. without restrictions.

Must be able to successfully complete training on setting molds and other duties as assigned.
