Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Operations Manager and the Project Managers of the organization. This position will be responsible for answering phones scheduling meetings and providing administrative support to the Project Managers for the construction projects needs. The Administrative Assistant will also assist in the daytoday operations of the organization.

The partners and associates have a great practical experience in handling complex legal issues touching on almost all aspects of Indian Corporate law.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls emails and correspondence
  • Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing scanning and maintaining office supplies
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying faxing mailing and filing.
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other important notes. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.





Requirements:
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment operation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Viewpoint is preferred
  • Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required
