Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Kolkata

Experience: Fresher

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records including personal details attendance and leave management.
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
Employee Relations:

Support the HR team in handling employee queries and concerns.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Training and Development:

Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
Assist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs.
Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing relevant data.
Assist in providing feedback to employees as required.
General HR Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Requirements

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is preferred.
