Execute and achieve sales targets Manage and align primary & secondary dealer network and SSOs execute all Below the ine (BTL) sales and promotion activity as per company norms Ensure on time Advance Payments against Orders Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions. Focus and Effort required to develop associate staff members
Accurate daily reporting of retails Maintain Dealer Stock (Quantity / Range) as per norms Ensure VI and display norms Improve Dealer manpower Quality Ensure & Monitor Dealer Level BTL Activities Improve Market Share in Territory Maintain MIS for Designated Territory as per Job Requirement.
Monthly Sales Targets for assigned territory/region as per budgets Sales Promotion Budget Utilization as per company policy Monitor / Ensure Dealer Working Capital & Stocks.
