Position Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Support Advisor for a leading global home furnishings retailer. In this fully remote role based in Braga or in Portugal you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital brand ambassador. If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically and professionally assist customers through inbound calls.
• Provide information about products and attempt to close sales over the phone.
• Support customers with delivery issues including tracking deliveries resolving delivery problems and checking stock availability.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support for account management and software functionality.
• Deliver accurate and realtime responses to customer inquiries.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in French
• Available to start on 26/06/2024
• Valid work permit in Portugal
