Italian Customer Support Representative

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: 1024 EUR per 14 months 14 336 EUR per annum
• Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR per day 190872 EUR per annum
• Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month 240 EUR per annum
• Possible gross annual income:EUR including base salary meal and transport allowances
• Performance Bonus: 225 EUR per 12 months 2 700 EUR per annum

• 6month FixedTerm Contract (CDD) with Renewal Possibility
• CompanyProvided Equipment (pick up from Lisbon office or home delivery available)
• Relocation Support: Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400 EUR in economy class) and discounted apartment room (280 EUR monthly)

What Youll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
• Provide highquality customer service for postsales requests (deliveries warranties refunds)
• Offer sales support and promote products to increase revenue
• Manage orders and enter required data into the companys CRM system

Are You the Ideal Candidate

• Native Italian English (B2 level)
• Excellent written and formal spoken communication skills
• Previous experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service (preferred)
• Ability to build rapport and effectively solve problems
• Proficiency in communication tools and customer support software
