Position: Customer Support Advisor

Role Description

This is a fulltime Turkish Customer Service Advisor role located in Lisbon with flexibility for some remote work. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing customerfocused service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries resolving customer issues and maintaining a polite and professional telephone manner. This hybrid role allows for a combination of inoffice and remote work giving you the freedom to work from the comfort of your home while serving our valued customers.

Qualifications

• Customerfocused Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Telephone Manner
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Fluency in Turkish and English
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
