RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Team Lead with the arrangement of workloads
- Ensure full understanding of coding and business rules throughout the team
- Identify areas for improvement based on feedback and quality scores
- Spend at least 50% of the working week processing data
- Using Client applications identify relevant advertising from a variety of media
- Enter key details into the database from adverts for clients to use to improve their own media campaigns and monitor competitor activity
- Follow and understand coding rule guidelines
- Follow established business rules to identify products or services being advertised.
- Identify valid new brand records to flag for additional research.
- Research problem areas found in the database through daily maintenance procedures to address and resolve discrepancies.
- Quickly and accurately identify characteristics from the image like Brand/Advertiser Name Product Classification Ad Type Title Information.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all departmental deadlines are met
- Work to reach and exceed agreed targets for both productivity and quality to enable the team to meet all SLA agreements
- Receive feedback from your line manager or supervisor and act upon it to ensure continuous improvement
- Work closely with your peers and communicate on a regular basis to help support each other and ensure everyone is working effectively towards the same goal
