Check and review daily traffic reports in GA4 to identify any anomalies or significant changes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as page views sessions and user engagement metrics.
Track user behavior metrics to understand how visitors are interacting with the site.
Reviewing and Cleaning Tracking Codes:
Conduct a daily audit of tracking codes to ensure they are correctly implemented and functioning.
Remove or update outdated or incorrect tracking codes as necessary.
Ensure that new content pages or blogs are properly tagged and tracked.
Event and Goal Setup:
Identify new user interactions that need to be tracked and set up corresponding events in GA4.
Configure goals and conversion tracking for new campaigns or website updates.
Regularly test events and goals to ensure they are tracking accurately.
Report Generation and Distribution:
Create and distribute daily weekly and monthly performance reports summarizing key metrics and trends.
Use GA4s reporting features to visualize data and highlight important insights.
Prepare adhoc reports for specific campaigns or requests from other departments.
AdHoc Data Analysis:
Respond to requests for specific data analyses from marketing content or management teams.
Use advanced GA4 features and possibly other tools (like Google Data Studio) to conduct indepth analysis.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis.
Meetings and Communication:
Attend daily or weekly meetings with the marketing and content teams to discuss website performance and analytics insights.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with the team to plan and implement improvements based on datadriven insights.
Current enrollment in a Bachelor s in Marketing Data Science Computer Science or a related field.
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and basic web analytics principles.
Understanding of HTML JavaScript and website tagging.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Experience with Google Tag Manager.
Basic understanding of SQL for advanced data analysis.
