Supporting Actions

Ensure timely issuing of contract workmen gate passes based on management approval
Monitor updation of Labour Data in Kronos System
Ensure 100% scheduling of contract workmen in Kronos
Prepare reports of contract workmens daily deployment and overtime
Support in preparation of monthly ER MIS

Implement central and state minimum wages as per Minimum Wages Act
Follow up with contractors for timely disbursement of contract workmens wages

and PF/ESIC contribution

Follow up with contractors for timely submission of bills

Monitor accurate Full & Final of retiring/resigning contract workmen

Perform verification of bills with Kronos system

Prepare reports on payment status

Implement compliances related to Minimum wages Act and Payment of wages act

and Employee Provident fund & Miscellaneous provision Act 1952.

Submit returns as per labour laws within stipulated time

Ensure Labour Licence for all contractors are up to date

Ensure all contract labour are covered under ESIC/workmen compensation policy

Maintain Gratuity provision for all contract labour who are eligible according to the law

Administer timely disbursement of Bonus as per law

Monitor timely medical checkup of contract workmen

Maintain liaison with contractors and supervisors for ease completion of work.

Maintain good liaison with local leaders for resolving labour related issues

Timely conduct scheduled SO round and report accidents incidents and near misses on occurrences

in the

area of concern in system

Conduct daily Tool Box Talk as per schedule and before start of any critical job along with discussing SWP

Actively participate in safety training safety sub committees standard champions meeting and any safety event

Maintain good housekeeping limited use of power no leakage of water oil air etc of the office premises and report

concerned issue for corrective action

Ensure adherence to COVID precautions and guidelines issued by management time to time along with adherence

of safety precautions on the site and off the site

Replicate good practice for saving environment for long run sustainability and creating awareness among

manpower to save guard natural resources.

Implement improvement projects for enhanced work procedures

Submit kaizen and improvement suggestions on regular basis

Actively participate in respective KFA & GRT meetings
