:
As a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on civils you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. Your role will involve cost planning procurement contract administration and ensuring that our projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

:
Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses
Preparing negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
Managing the financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
Preparing and reviewing detailed progress and cost reports
Liaising with clients contractors and suppliers
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
Identifying analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks
Managing project cash flows and financial reporting
Advising on procurement strategy and contract selection

:
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong civil engineering focus
Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and materials
Proficiency in cost management software and tools
Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS) is desirable
