Key Responsibilities
- Process income rental enquiries
- Arrange viewings with potential tenants
- Follow up viewings and feedback to landlords
- Ensure all details are up to date for vacant properties
- Deal with all incoming communications effectively (internal and external)
- Deal with customer enquiries effectively
- Ensure focus on own development
- Resolve complaints and escalate queries
- Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
- Attention to all Health & Safety issues including hazard and accident reporting
- Set up tenancy files in accordance with our procedures and processes
- Process tenancy files in accordance with our procedures and processes
- Preparation of all legal documents including Tenancy Agreements
- Manage diary appointments efficiently
- Arrange access to properties as required
- Complete internal checklists accurately and fully

Skills & Experience
- 2 Years industry experience is preferred
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Great relationship builder

What is in it for me - Full time permanent position
- Monday – Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm one in three Saturdays 9.00am – 12.00pm.
