Position: Field Service Technician

Pay is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour ( as per experience )

Location: Riverside CA 92508

50 mile travel range. Primary work location Riverside Moreno Valley Corona Temecula. 100% travel within territory assigned.

Job Type: Fulltime Contractual

Duration: 6 months (Extension Based on Performance)

Shift: Proposed work days and times: 1pm10pm or 8am5pm days off will be consecutive but will vary.

Training hours may differ. Subject to change with some variation of possible rotation weekends nights OT.

Education: High school Diploma (or equivalent) Have a valid drivers license and driving record that satisfies DNs fleet requirements complete background check and drug screening Drive your vehicle for the first 90 days to job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Field Service Technician I Join our dynamic service team for this entry level field service position.
• Depending on your assigned territory you will provide services repairs and technical maintenance for ATMs retail point of sale (POS) equipment locksmithing Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) plus related PC and PC peripherals on customer premises.
• Our training consists of on thejob mentoring as you might expect but also formal classroom virtual and selfpaced training for extensive learning opportunities.
• Performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g. card reader printer reset and test devices etc.). Electro mechanical repair.
• Performing basic installation functions (e.g. set up and test equipment pulling cables mounting devices installing locks).
• Performing technical fixes such as clearing paper jams card jams bill jams etc.
• Inspecting products for correct operation resolving noted issues and/or escalating according to established procedures.
• Prioritizing and planning service calls Works within a team environment completes all required paperwork manages and maintains service parts inventory.
