Job Title: Clinical Field Staff Supervisor RN

Location: Jeannette PA 15644

Shift: Fulltime (40 hrs./week)

Salary: $70000.00 $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide direction to clinical field staff including Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols standards of care and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate staff performance provide guidance and support professional development.
• Monitor and manage patient care plans ensuring highquality and compassionate care delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve positive outcomes.
• Participate in the recruitment training and onboarding of new clinical staff members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to staff performance and patient care activities.
• Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as an RN in home care or a related field. Supervisory or management experience required.
• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize delegate and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software systems.
  • Knowledge of home care regulations and industry standards.
