We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AGM/GM HR Operations to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to formulate and implement comprehensive HR policies and processes that align with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of compensation employee engagement and performance management.
Your strategic oversight will ensure these systems support our HR operations efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA in Human Resources.
- Experience: 1620 years in HR operations with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office expertise in HRIS tools and a willingness to travel as required.
Compensation: 2025 LPA.
