Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our Recovery team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of relevant experience in recovery processes within the BPO industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manage a team of recovery agents ensuring that targets are met and recovery strategies are effectively implemented. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations provide guidance and support to team members and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of recovery agents to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to maximize collections.
- Handle escalated cases and provide resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize recovery processes and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 23 years in a recovery role within the BPO industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recovery software tools.
