Job description
The Inside Sales Team is exclusively involved in the B2B space for Engineering & Technology solutions. Key Activities include outbound calling prospecting and driving specific GotoMarket programs.
As a Manager of Inside Sales the candidate will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales team from work allocation to team review and delivery. You will also motivate & support / coach the team from a Subject Matter & Process point of view to improve delivery & performance metrics.
This role is based at Interstrat office in Andheri East Mumbai.
Requirements
Required Candidate profile
Engineering Graduate Any Specialization
Prior experience of 23 years in B2B Sales / Business Development /Inside Sales.
Motivated and interested in building a career in Business Development / Inside Sales / Marketing
Good Spoken and Written Communication Skills (English)
People person Interested in & having Excellent ability to interact with people
Familiarity / Experience with CRM will be an advantage
