Data Analyst - Associate Fresher

• Conduct data discovery and analysis in support of various data strategy initiatives.
• Assist data architects to assess current state of data ecosystem to identify data challenges and opportunities.
• Prepare interview questionnaire consolidate responses from data discovery sessions identify themes and recommendations.
• Understand and provide recommendations on data flows data relationships linkages and associated rules.
• Build conceptual /logical data model for data platforms along with associated metadata.
• Query data platforms to access data availability quality and to build reports and insights to assist data initiatives
• Support creation of holistic Data Architecture roadmap and associated data artifacts.
• Understand and adopt frameworks and best practices from CoDO Data governance and Chief data office.
• Provide ongoing updates to Project management office on status of data strategy initiatives

• Any Fresher Graduate/UG can apply.
• 01 years of direct work experience in Data management / analytics space
• Experience performing data analysis and working with analytics teams
• Experience in capturing data needs identifying root cause of data challenges and defining data roadmaps.
• Experience understanding the origin and transformation of data along a business process lifecycle.
• Experience in data modeling tools and terminologies data base technologies including data platforms on cloud.
• Understanding of data governance data quality data security master data metadata management and data principles
• Track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into solutions
• Exposure to current data management architecture and data product techniques and trends
• Selfstarter takes initiative able to handle ambiguity and find logical steps to move forward.
