Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Executive for our Help Desk team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and L1 technical support with a proven track record in team management. This role requires excellent communication skills both written and spoken and the ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide firstlevel technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure issues.
Lead and manage a team of help desk executives ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions within the help desk system.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and team performance.
Communicate effectively with team members other departments and customers.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree is mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in team handling within a help desk or technical support environment.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and L1 technical support.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts including weekends.
Must reside between Virar and Dadar.
