Job Description

Offshore Material Coordinator (28/28 Rotation)Description : Should communicate with Boat & Lifting operation, Helicopter landing officer & E-PTW. Coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts and assemblies according to shipping schedule, compiles and maintains manual and computerized records. Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with department head to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials & to track materials. Requisitions of materials and establishes sequential delivery dates to the platform, according to Job Order priorities and material availability. Examines material delivered to production platform to verify conformance to specifications. Compiles and maintains manual/computerized records, such as material inventory, status and locations. Ordering of materials, follow up with onshore warehouse and receive/record material on siteQualifications: Minimum 3-5 years experience as in Offshore - Required to coordinate the materials movement and stock management in offshore installation Good communication skills, both oral and written. Minimum educational background of 3 years with relevant material management Qualifications. Location : Qatar
