Tasks
Your Commitment will include
- Collaborate with Business Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing and Candidate Identification: Utilize various channels to source and identify top talent including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings of candidates assess their qualifications and ensure alignment with position requirements. Coordinate and facilitate interviews as needed.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application to onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
Achieving the difference requires
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting preferably in IT.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Fluency in English
