Operations Manager

This is a remote position.

Our client is a multinational leader in facility and technical management services boasting a total income of 3.000 million and employing 135000 professionals worldwide. They provide an extensive range of engineering services to the automotive industry supporting OEM and Tier 1/2 suppliers.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our clients team in Spain. The primary objective of this role is to strengthen the companys operations drive growth and ensure the delivery of topquality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations ensuring business profitability and coordinating national teams across operations administration and sales functions.
  
• Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing improvement initiatives where necessary.
  
• Oversee 5 regional managers each responsible for their respective operational zones and indirectly manage a team of 150 personnel.
  
• Develop business strategies and annual plans to achieve company goals. Identify market and consumer needs to support concept and operational activities within the country.
  
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers ensuring topquality service and satisfaction.
  
• Monitor monthly financial statements to ensure their completion accuracy and timely delivery. Develop and submit performance and progress reports to company headquarters. Optimize costs across all company processes.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive industry in roles such as Operations Manager Quality Manager etc.
  
• Technical degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of profit and financial reports.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
  
• Fluent in English.
  
• Availability to travel.
  
• Possibility of home office.
