Tasks

As a Team Leader you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for managing a team maintaining high service standards and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Your leadership will contribute to the overall success and smooth operation of our various attractions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

• Supervise and mentor a diverse team of employees.
• Provide training support and development opportunities for team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

1. Guest Experience:

• Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and have memorable experiences.
• Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor and uphold quality and safety standards across all interactions.

1. Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferably in the entertainment hospitality or retail industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
