This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour unpaid break (9:30pm 6:30am Manila Time)
Scope
- Administrative and clerical tasks
- No direct medical responsibilities
- Following established templates and protocols
- Potential for additional adhoc tasks as needed
Responsibilities
- Fill out forms and templates with provided information
- Organize records chronologically
- Make marketing calls (approximately 1020 calls per month)
- Assist with filling out forms to be sent to other individuals or entities
- Provide translation services between English and Spanish
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
