We are seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator.In this role you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they have a smooth and positive first impression.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in our HRIS system.
- Process employee benefits and answer benefitrelated questions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team including scheduling meetings maintaining files and preparing reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with employee relations matters such as leaves of absence and performance management.
- Stay uptodate on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detailoriented and accuracydriven.
