Job Role: Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
- Manage email and calendar for multiple sales managers selling to the construction and architecture industries.
- Develop system of coordination with executives for keeping important email traffic prioritized and answered.
- Log notes into CRM send follow up emails perform follow up calls as requested.
- Send email to follow up sales opportunities as specified by supervisor or sales manager.
- Coordinate with other team members for advice and support.
- Maintain standards for responsiveness and service.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Excellent English proficiency both written and spoken.
- Previous work in BPO required.
- Construction industry experience preferred other industry experience welcome.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift (US Eastern Time Zone)
