This is a remote position.

Position Title: Sales Manager
Work Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 40000.00 Php 60000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 4:00 PM 12:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:

Recruit train and mentor a highperforming sales team.
Set clear individual and team performance goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.
Oversee daytoday sales operations and ensure efficient processes.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance data.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products or services.
Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market conditions.
Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth.
Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure costeffective operations while maximizing sales revenue.

Qualifications as a Sales Manager:

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
