Job Description
As an Integration Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple integration projects that involve establishing and maintaining system integrations between our client s CRM and customers EHR systems including communication with EHR vendors. You will be successful when you have at least 3 years of project management experience and background in handling integration projects.

Your Key Role in Healthcare Connectivity
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of integration projects ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with forecasted timelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project requirements and deliverables.
Integration Projects:
- Lead projects to establish and maintain new integrations between Trella Health s CRM and customers EHR systems.
- Ensure seamless and efficient integration processes that meet high standards of quality and performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Technical Change Management:
- Manage the rollout of technical changes to existing integrations that impact customers.
Internal Projects:
- Identify and manage other internally facing projects as needs arise.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and postproject evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment promoting continuous improvement in project management practices.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders providing updates on project status risks and issues.
- Facilitate project meetings including kickoff meetings status updates and project reviews.
- Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives addressing any deviations promptly.
Risk Management:
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks ensuring proactive measures are in place to address potential issues.
- Develop contingency plans to manage project risks and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management preferably in a healthcare or SaaS environment.
- Experience handling integration projects
- Proven experience managing integration projects and technical changes with customer impacts.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and customers.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Detailoriented and able to keep project details wellorganized.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA Excel and Microsoft Project.
