The Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing the conversion of inquiries into clients providing exceptional customer service managing the sales pipeline and driving upselling/crossselling initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a strong customer focus and a proven track record in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Converting Inquiries into Clients:
Achieve a set target for converting inquiries into clients within a specified time frame.
Implement effective strategies to nurture leads and guide them through the conversion process.
Monitor conversion rates and analyze the effectiveness of different approaches to refine strategies.
2. Assisting Prospective Clients with Satisfactory Answers:
Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from prospective clients.
Ensure that all information provided meets the needs and expectations of the clients.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product or service offerings to address client queries effectively.
3. Managing Sales Pipeline Effectively:
Maintain a wellorganized sales pipeline to track the progress of leads through the sales process.
Regularly update the pipeline with relevant information and ensure its accuracy.
Identify potential bottlenecks in the sales pipeline and implement strategies to streamline the process.
4. Promptly Rectifying Issues from Guests or Software:
Respond promptly to any issues reported by guests or identified within the software.
Investigate the root cause of the issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of all issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Providing Excellent Customer Service Over Calls:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns over calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen actively to customer feedback and address their needs effectively.
Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing personalized and empathetic support.
6. Upselling & CrossSelling:
Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services to existing clients.
Tailor recommendations to match the specific needs and preferences of each client.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development particularly in a B2B environment. (Fresher with good knowledge can also apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships virtually.
Strong understanding of sales techniques pipeline management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment demonstrating selfdiscipline and adaptability.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Google Workspace or similar platforms.
