We are collaborating with a highlyrated BPO to recruit experienced Dutchspeaking Customer Support Professionals for remote positions in Slovenia. The selected candidates will provide support to customers of an ecommerce brand.
Location: Remote/work from home in Slovenia

Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical customer support via voice chat and email promptly
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Document all interactions in a dedicated CRM system
- Act as a key contributor within the internal team and wider department initiatives providing feedback/updates promoting collaborative solutions and supporting colleagues/department
Requirements:
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2)
- Prior experience in Customer Support and technical support particularly with a help desk or other IT functions
- Ability to undergo a background check
- Strong independent work and remote team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in problemsolving critical thinking and adaptability
- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PCbased Internet and software applications (e.g. internet Microsoft Office)
