The Sales Executive for Personal Care Ingredients plays a crucial role in driving the sales of personal care ingredients within the companys portfolio. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships identifying market trends and developing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of personal care ingredients by identifying and targeting potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the personal care industry
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats in the personal care ingredients market
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to clients and internal teams
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients showcasing the benefits of the companys personal care ingredients

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Organic Chemistry/ Cosmetic Technology.
- 35 years Cosmetic formulation R&D experience or Cosmetic ingredients sales experience knowing market potential customers
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the personal care or related industry
- Strong understanding of personal care ingredients and their applications
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and contracts
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying sales opportunities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
