Job Description
Job Title: Thermal Engineer
Location: Chennai
Experience Range: 5 8 years
Qualification: B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Salary Range: 14 16 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 30/60 days
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Thermal Engineer to join our MDD department. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in thermal design and analysis of electronic
systems with expertise in using relevant software tools.
Scope of Work:
1. Perform thermal design and analysis of electronic systems.
2. Conduct steadystate and transientstate thermal analysis.
3. Optimize designs from a thermal perspective.
4. Prepare comprehensive thermal analysis reports for projects.
Skillset Requirements:
1. Proficiency in software such as CREO and ANSYS Icepak.
2. Strong knowledge of heat transfer and fluid mechanics.
3. Basic knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong presentation skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
