Zoom Vibe Co we are seeking enthusiastic and customerfocused Call Center Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls providing excellent service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide information about products services and company policies to customers
• Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed
• Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
• Use computer systems to access and update customer accounts record interactions and track progress
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics such as call quality average handle time and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers
• Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in computer skills including typing and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
