Senior Quality Control Manager

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

The Senior Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of webbased and mobile applications through comprehensive testing practices. The role involves reading and understanding project documentation analyzing requirements developing test cases performing manual testing and collaborating with team members to identify and resolve issues.

Location:

Ho Chi Minh

Functions:

• Read and comprehend project documentation and requirements.
• Evaluate user stories and requirements providing feedback.
• Review and improve test plan documents.
• Create test cases and prepare test data.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Document and track bugs communicating test results.
• Report issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and departments.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress.

Requirements

Minimum education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

Specific specialties:

• Certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) are a plus.

Minimum experience:

• 5 years of experience in software testing (web and mobile applications).

Valuable:

• Experience in the ecommerce or healthcare domain.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.

Skills

• Strong manual testing skills for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficient in English for reading and creating test documentation.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Effective communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
