Job Description:
* Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients/ customers.
* Understand the clients business needs objective and challenges.
* Preferably experienced in managing retail outlets.
* Act as the main point of contact between company and key account.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation
* Present and promote new products services or initiatives to client.
* Align company product/services with the clients strategic goals.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
* Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
* Address and resolve issues or concerns rides by key clients in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in Freight Forwarding and Logistics
* Possess excellent communication & presentation skill
* Proven track record of attaining organisational and personal sales objective Result Oriented.
* Expert in consultative selling techniques and account planning skills.
* Strong negotiation skills incorporating various strategies and desired outcomes.
