Job Description

  • Implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products/services and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research/intelligence to gather data on target customers, competitors, industry trends, competitive landscape etc. to support decisions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (e.g. digital, social media, events, advertising)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, R&D) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends, Coopetition and best practices as well as customer experience.
  • Assist with budget planning and allocation for marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare the Full package which is essential for the product launch/Seminars/events (Prices, samples, panels, …etc)
  • Coordinates marketing communication activities with different sorts of suppliers and service providers (print houses, advertising agencies, ...etc).
  • Product Management responsibility.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in profitable sales.
  • Manages an updated and complete marketing literature/material library, and supplies needs to sales team.
  • Coordinates organization/participation at relevant exhibitions, symposium and events.
  • Liaises with AkzoNobel branding policy and ensures compliance to branding guidelines and fulfilment of global communication projects locally.
  • Create and manage marketing content such as website, collateral, presentations, etc.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and support the sales cycle.
