Workday System Management:
- Configure and maintain the Workday system, including HCM, Recruitment, Payroll (ADP Celergo), Benefits, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Absence, Learning, and Reporting modules.
- Implement new Workday features and functionalities, staying up-to-date with system updates and releases.
Collaboration and Support:
- Partner with HR and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide support and training to HR and end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between HR and IT to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system by performing regular audits and data validation checks.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business needs.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance and regulatory reports.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HRIS workflows.
- Lead or participate in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
- Develop and document HRIS processes, procedures, and training materials.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Provide support for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
