Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire highnetworth customers in the designated area.
- Offer various banking products to individual and institutional customers.
- Represent BANK for the HNW banking segment.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for liability and other banking products.
- Communicate between key customers and internal teams.
- Achieve targets and performance benchmarks.
- Understand banking products and processes.
- Monitor operational compliance and maintain business MIS.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Graduate
- Desired: Post Graduate
Experience:
- Essential: 3 5 years in a similar role
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience in HNW customer acquisition
- Strong sales and relationship skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language
- Ability to manage complex client situations and multitask
- Handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Engage with CXOs and senior leadership in institutional segments
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines is a plus
