Job Description

FILINVEST COMPANY: SHAREPRO INC.

As a Resource Management Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of resource allocation within an organization. This leadership role involves collaborating with department heads optimizing resource utilization and implementing policies and processes to enhance overall efficiency.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Resource Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive resource planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with senior management to align resource allocation with overall business objectives.

Capacity Analysis and Optimization

  • Conduct regular assessments of workload and capacity across departments.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation addressing bottlenecks and ensuring teams operate at peak efficiency.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Foster collaboration and communication between different departments to enhance resource sharing and coordination.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with department heads to assess resource needs and align strategies.

Resource Allocation and Adjustment

  • Lead the coordination of resource allocation including personnel equipment and budgetary considerations.
  • Adjust resource plans as needed to accommodate changing priorities and project requirements.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to resource utilization project timelines and team productivity.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and present insights to senior management.

Policy Development

  • Establish and enforce resource management policies and procedures.
  • Develop guidelines for resource allocation scheduling and utilization.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess degree in HR Business Administration focused on HR or Psychology.
  • At least 3 years experience in capacity planning resource planning focusing on identifying the sustainability of current headcount to deliver clients projects
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel Power Bi & Smartsheet
