Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for (2) detailoriented Data Entry Specialists for our client in the insurance industry. Ideal candidates will be recent college graduates or techsavvy individuals with a preference for those with experience in FINTRAC reporting. The successful candidates will receive onsite training and job aids.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $20.70.
6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Training: onsite training provided in Waterloo.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Perform data gathering and data entry tasks accurately and timely according to team production standards.
Record data from one source into another ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Inspect data for potential processing problems.
Perform standard data entry tasks adhering to minimum production and accuracy standards.
Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively complete tasks.
Work well under stressful and timesensitive situations.
Follow job aid/instructions with strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
Utilize Microsoft suite applications (Word Excel) for tasks such as mail merging.
What you will need to succeed:
Previous experience with FINTRAC reporting.
Banking and/or insurance industry experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications (Word Excel).
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions accurately.
