Client Overview: We are hiring for a technology company located in Redmond WA known for its innovative solutions and global impact.
Role Summary: As a NonIT Program Manager you will play a vital role in coordinating projects ensuring their successful execution and driving business planning and process improvement initiatives.
4. What are the key responsibilities
Coordinate projects create detailed plans and integrate technical activities.
Present and explain proposals reports and findings to clients.
Recruit assign and evaluate employees work ensuring staff competence development.
Analyze technology resource needs and market demand.
Collaborate with management production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications.
Review and recommend contracts and cost estimates.
Provide direction and approval for product designs and changes.
Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
810 years of experience in project or program management.
Experience in business planning and ROB.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
PMI or PMP certification.
