Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager at Masar. The Senior Account Manager will manage client accounts and optimise their online performance. The day-to-day tasks include strategizing and implementing growth plans, analyzing data and metrics, and providing regular reports and updates to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in account management, relationship management, and customer service
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online advertising
- Knowledge of data analysis, metrics tracking, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms
- Experience working with diverse teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
