Corporate Controller

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Corporate Controller to lead our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record in corporate accounting. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the companys financial processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the companys financial processes including accounting budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies procedures and controls to maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage the monthend and yearend close processes.
• Lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment.
• Manage cash flow treasury and financial risk management activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (Masters degree or CPA preferred).
• CPA certified is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Controller or in a similar senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP IFRS and regulatory compliance.
• Previous experience in the AG Manufacturing and Distribution field is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office particularly Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
