What you will be doing:
- Support the current Senior Project Controller in tracking the financials of a portfolio of projects executed in the US.
- Eventually take ownership of the portfolio followup.
- Run monthend close transactions for the US Project portfolio.
- Review the projects monthly with Project Managers to ensure planned values reflect the operational status.
- Track understand and challenge margin deviations.
- Ensure accuracy of the billing plan and timely invoicing to customers.
- Provide visibility and challenge Project Managers on cash collection.
- Support Project Managers on the quarterly reforecast of Revenues and Margin.
- Provide adhoc support to Project Managers for specific analyses.
Experience you will need:
- 45 years of experience in controlling preferably in a Project environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience with SAP is a plus especially with the PS module.
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Queries is a plus.
