HR Generalist

NOK is hiring a HR Generalist for a creative marketing agency located in Zahraa Elmaadi

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings resume screening interviewing and offer negotiation.

* Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

* Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing guidance and support as needed.

* Address employee relations issues in a timely and confidential manner fostering a positive work environment.

* Process employee changes such as promotions transfers and terminations.

* Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.

* Track employees time off and attendance.

Requirements and skills

* BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field

* Minimum of 35 years of HR experience including HR Generalist in a related industry.

* Previous experience in the GCC ( KSA Dubai) is a must.

* Very good knowledge of employment/labor laws

* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus

* Additional HR training will be a plus

* HR certification (e.g. SHRMSCP CIPD) is strongly preferred
