Position Overview: As a Dutchspeaking Customer Service Advisor you will be an integral part of our dynamic team based in Athens Greece. You will provide exceptional customer support to our Dutchspeaking clientele ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Offer detailed information about our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.
  • Assist in promoting and upselling products where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken). Good command of English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • TechSavvy: Comfortable using customer support software and systems.
  • Attitude: Customerfocused empathetic and adaptable with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
