Musthave skills: 7 y of hightech industry product engineering and/or IT work exp; 5 y of Salesforce architecture/development exp; 3 y of leadership/mentoring/coaching/managing exp; 2 y of exp working with IT and government programs OR gov exp

Requirements:
Hightech industry product engineering and/or IT work experience (7 years);
Salesforce architecture/development work experience (5 years);
Leadership experience (3 years);
Experience working with IT and government programs (2 years)


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Identifying evaluating and recommending solutions using advanced architectures and technologies to facilitate rapid development and implementation
Working with a crossfunctional team to translate customer requirements into detailed architectural approaches and product specifications creating realistic development plans and scheduling evaluating and prioritizing requests for product changes and enhancements;
Applying creativity indepth technical and theoretical knowledge and solving highly complex architectural design problems;
Recommending new technology directions or options to maintain products competitive advantages;
Preparing and documenting product architecture plans;
Designing technical testing methods to meet target product scalability and performance objectives
Participating in the standards committees and other industry gatherings to track industry trends and maintaining knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprises architecture needs
